Privacy Policy

We collect your name, email, phone number and exam preferences when you register, along with test attempts and performance data used to generate your analysis.

Your information powers your account, test analysis, personalised recommendations and important service communication. We never sell your personal data.

Data is stored on secured servers with restricted access. Passwords are hashed and payment details are never stored on our systems.

We use cookies to keep you signed in and to understand how the platform is used so we can improve it. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.

Payments are processed by Razorpay under their own privacy terms. Our mobile app uses Google Analytics for Firebase (Google) to understand how features are used — for example, which screens are opened and which tests are started. These usage events carry an internal user ID, never your name, phone number or email.

Our mobile app uses Sentry (Functional Software, Inc.) to detect crashes and errors so we can fix them. Reports are stored in Sentry's EU data region (Germany), and Sentry processes them on our behalf.

When the app crashes or runs into an error, it sends a report containing technical details: the error and where in the app it occurred, the app version, your device model and operating system, and a short trail of the screens and actions that led up to it. On phones with enough memory, a report can also include a brief screen recording of the moments before the error, with all text and images masked so that nothing you read or type is visible. We also measure the performance of a sample of app sessions, such as how long screens take to load.

Reports are linked to your account only by an internal user ID — never your name, phone number or email. Your IP address is not stored with them, though Sentry may record an approximate country and city derived from it.

You may request access to or correction of your personal data at any time by contacting us. To delete your account and its data, write to us from the Contact Us page.
